BRENNAN GROGAN, ESQ.
Founder
Prior to opening Florida Association Attorneys, Attorney Grogan had been an integral part of The Levine Law Group for the past 11+ years and worked with the late Jay Levine, Esq., for almost a decade. Attorney Grogan is licensed to practice law in Florida, Federal Court (Middle District and Southern District of Florida), Bankruptcy Court (Middle District and Southern District of Florida), and is also a member of the Condominium and Planned Unit Development Committee of the Florida Bar. Mr. Grogan concentrates his practice on community association law, business litigation, bankruptcy, and foreclosure defense.
Previously, Mr. Grogan was a certified legal intern at the Florida International University’s Education Advocacy Program, where he vigorously advocated for disabled children in special education and school discipline law. He also obtained a fellowship with The Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, where he assisted indigent clients in cases dealing with federal and state fair housing laws, disability laws, and consumer debt laws.
Currently, Mr. Grogan is an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He has previously sat on the Law Related Education Committee, and has served as a panelist for the Florida Bar in their Practicing with Professionalism Program. Mr. Grogan is also the Chairman of the Palm Beach County Bar’s Community Association Law Committee and Thomson-Reuters Super Lawyers, Rising Star 2015-2019.
JUAN MEJIA, ESQ.
Of Counsel
He is a trilingual attorney, proficient in English, Spanish and Portuguese, who has focused his legal career on the representation of community associations, primarily in collections and covenant enforcement litigation. He also represents clients in real estate related matters and litigation throughout the state of Florida.
Juan is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section for the Florida Bar and among his accomplishments, he is listed as a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star attorney for the years of 2019 and 2020. Under this highly selective category, no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state are recognized.
Juan graduated from the University of Florida and received his law degree from the Florida International University School of Law. While in law school, he earned several awards such as the American Bar Association’s Award for Excellence in the Study of Intellectual Property Law, as well as the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for both, Intellectual Property Law and Computer & Internet Law.
